How to access
Vet Assist
You will be able to use our free vet support service immediately after purchasing an eligible Perfect Pet policy. Perfect Pet Vet Assist is included with all Lifetime, Maximum Benefit and Time Limited policy types.
The service is available 24/7 by phone. If your pet is acting out of character and you’re concerned, call Perfect Pet Vet Assist to talk it over. One of our veterinary experts will give you professional advice so that you can make an informed decision about the next steps to take. You will be asked to verify your policy number, so please have it handy.

How to use
Vet Assist
For as long as your policy remains active, there’s no limit to the number of times you can use Perfect Pet Vet Assist. Call day or night!
However, If it’s an emergency, please head straight to your vet! Our vet triage service can do little to nothing over the phone in these instances. In the best interests of your pet, we advise you to seek direct medical attention from your veterinary practice, where they can act quickly.
The advice you will receive is completely free of charge, but call charges may apply depending on your phone service provider and call package.
